Brisbane Seminars Announced – November 2016

 In Events, Uncategorized

We are pleased to announce that we will be holding a Migration Manager training seminar day in Brisbane on the 16th of November 2016. We have timed this seminar to be the day before the Migration Institute of Australia National Conference so as to provide anyone who is attending the national conference with an opportunity to improve their Migration Manager skills as well.

As with previous training days we will hold our Key Fundamentals Training seminar in the morning and the separate Advanced/Accounts training seminar in the afternoon.

For those readers who have not attended one of Migration Manager’s seminars in the past, I strongly recommend that you do as you will nearly always gain something of value from these very detailed and practical seminars. I always try to make the seminars focus on helping the attendees get the most out of the software in their day to day practice. The Key Fundamentals seminar is designed for both new users and those who would like a refresher course on the main parts of the program (such as creating files, merging forms, the basics of using Portal etc) whilst the Advanced course builds on what was covered in the earlier seminar to go into some of more complicated parts of the program (such as creating your own checklist templates) or the more technical features (such as setting up the Portal). The Advanced course also includes a session on the new Accounts System which has been a real hit with those users who have been introduced to this feature.

Both sessions will also cover a number of new features that will either have just been released or will be due for release in the near future – in the morning Key Fundamentals session we will be covering new features such as the Automated Email Capture  and new Client Portal, whilst in the afternoon Advanced Training Seminar we will be covering Xero integration, Time Recording, Batch VEVO and a few other yet to be announced items.

As with my previous seminars, I recommend you book early as they are very popular and they do tend to sell out – our September Sydney session sold out in just a few days (there is also currently an early bird special for those who book early). So I hope to see you at one of my seminars as I know you will definitely benefit from it.
