How do I register to attend a seminar?

On our Events page you will see a calendar listing all of our upcoming events. Clicking on a calendar listing will open the relevant event page. If there are tickets still remaining for this event, you will see an EventBrite ticket registration panel towards the bottom of the event details page. Choose the number and type of tickets you wish to register for and the you should then be taken to the EventBrite secure payment page.

What is the Address of the Venue?

The full address of the venue of the seminar will be shown on the confirmation email you will receive after you have completed your registration. Ticket numbers are strictly limited and only those who have registered will be allowed entry.

How do I manage my seminar tickets/registration?

What is your seminar refund policy?

Refunds for paid seminar or webinar registrations may be offered up until the close of ticket sales. No refunds will be available after ticket sales have closed or if you do not attend the event.

Should this occur, you will be advised and you can request a full refund of any registration fees if you choose not to attend. We must receive your request in writing for a full refund within 1 working day of notification or the usual cancellation/refund policy above applies. Apart from any refund of the registration fee that might be due, we shall not be liable for any loss whatsoever howsoever caused or any costs incurred by you as a result of any change or cancellation of the course and/or any of its component topics.
