Melbourne, Perth, Sydney, Brisbane Seminars Announced

 In Events

We are please to advise that we will be holding another training tour across a number of capital cities during March, April and May.

We will be holding our always popular Key Fundamentals and Advanced Seminars training seminars in:

  • Melbourne on Friday the 9th of March
  • Perth on Friday the 23rd of March
  • Sydney on Friday the 20th of April
  • Brisbane on Thursday the 10th of May

We will hold our Key Fundamentals Training seminar in the morning and our newly revised Advanced training seminar in the afternoon. To book your seat, please go to:

For those readers who have not attended one of Migration Manager’s seminars in the past, we strongly recommend that you do as you will nearly always gain something of value from these very detailed and practical seminars. We always try to make the seminars focus on helping the attendees get the most out of the software in their day to day practice. The Key Fundamentals seminar is designed for both new users and those who would like a refresher course on the main parts of the program (such as creating files, merging forms, etc) whilst the Advanced course builds on what was covered in the earlier seminar to go into some of more complicated parts of the program (such as creating your own checklist and templates) or the more technical features (such as setting up the new Webleads system).

The morning seminar will include topics such as:

  • The Client Portal
  • Basic skills such as file creation, using Questionnaires, eLodge
  • Email Capture
  • File Notes & Snapshot
  • Using checklists
  • Letter Merging
  • The new Documents tab and Email functions

The afternoon seminar will be covering topics such as

  • Portal Messaging and Advanced Portal Features
  • How to create your own template letters
  • How to create your own checklist templates
  • New Online Assessments
  • VEVO Searching (single & batch)
  • Sneak peak at our new Online Questionnaires
  • And much more…

Note that we have modified the structure of the Advanced Training seminar such that we no longer cover the basics of the Accounts system: for that we now have our regular Accounts Webinars. We now use the time we previously used to spend covering the accounts basics to instead cover other parts of the program in more depth as well as covering any advanced accounts training topics (such as bank reconciliation, staff performance reports etc).

As with all my seminars I recommend you book early as they are very popular and tend to sell out (often during the early bird sales).
