Software Update (Version 126.96.36.199)
Migration Manager has released an update (Version 188.8.131.52). This version provides a major update to ENS/RSMS Visa applications in the eVisa system. Thank you to everyone who sent through the bug reports after the latest changes made by the department to ImmiAccount. Your bug reports helped the development team to quickly identify the issues and make the necessary changes. For those who haven’t yet used the eVisa bug report function, if you have a problem with a field not filling out on eVisa (and you are certain you have that data in your file in Migration Manager), click the little lady bug icon on the eVisa Smart Filler when you are on the offending eVisa page and it will provide a technical report to the eVisa team notifying them of the problem.
The update also fixed an issue reported by some users regarding the new Questionnaires where the document was not showing the second and subsequent children or family dependants if you closed and reopened the CIQ. For users affected by this issue, please note that the data is still there and will appear in Migration Manager when imported. The new Questionnaires, which can be downloaded as part of this update, will prevent this issue from occurring.
Also a quick reminder to everyone that, as of Version 8, the logon process for eVisa has changed. You now need to click the ‘Process Page’ button on the Smart Filler tool on each page to move through the ImmiAccount application selection screens. This latest update does now remove the issue some users had if they clicked buttons or links within the webpage instead of clicking the ‘Process Page’ button. We do, however, still recommend that as much possible you use the Smart Filler to navigate. Please see our related article on the eVisa changes for full details (click to read)
