MIGRATION MANAGER TRAINING

 TERMS & CONDITIONS

Our training aims to provide new and existing users of Migration Manager with the Skills and Knowledge to use their software more efficiently and effectively in their day to day business. When you book a training session with one of our trainers, it will be subject to the following terms and conditions:

1. Group Seminars

1.1 Bookings

All bookings must be made via our online seminar booking system. We partner with Eventbrite to handle all online bookings. You will need to create an account with Eventbrite in order to register to attend one of seminars.

1.2 Changes

We reserve the right to change the seminar dates and course content at our complete discretion. Should this occur, you will be advised and you can request a full refund of your registration fees if you choose not to attend. We must receive your request in writing for a full refund within 1 working day of notification or the usual cancellation/refund policy above applies. Apart from any refund of the registration fee that might be due, we shall not be liable for any loss whatsoever howsoever caused or any costs incurred by you as a result of any change or cancellation of the course and/or any of its component topics.

1.3 Cancellations, Refund Policy, Transfers

You can transfer your booking to another person or seek a refund for a seminar registrations up until the close of ticket sales, subject to the payment of any applicable administration fee. No refunds will be available after ticket sales have closed or if you purchased a ticked but do not attend the event.

1.4 Health and safety at the face-to-face training course

You must comply with all health and safety rules and regulations and any other reasonable security requirements that apply at the premises at which the training courses are provided.

1.5 Behaviour

We reserve the right to remove any attendee from a training course whose behaviour is deemed inappropriate by us or its trainers. In these circumstances, we will neither refund any fees nor reimburse any other costs.

1.6 Trainers

We will provide such trainers to present the training course as, in our sole discretion, we deem fit and we shall be entitled at any time to substitute any trainer with any other person who, in our sole discretion, it deems suitably qualified to present the relevant course.

1.7 Liability

We do not accept responsibility for anyone acting as a result of information in, or views expressed on, its training courses including course materials. Opinions expressed are those of individual trainers and not necessarily those of Migration Manager.

Any information given or presented in our seminars or in relation to our seminars is not to be taken as professional advice, legal or otherwise, and is not to be relied on as professional advice, legal or otherwise, from Migration Manager Pty Ltd or anybody presenting the seminars or otherwise distributing information relating to the seminars, including any legal practitioner(s) or registered migration agent(s). Participants should take professional advice when dealing with specific situations.

2. In Office Trainings

2.1 Bookings

All bookings must be made via our online training booking system. We partner with Acuity to handle all online training bookings. Note that if one of our trainers is required to travel more than 30 minutes to attend your office, we will quote you a travel fee for travel to and from your office, payment of which will be required in order for the training to proceed.

2.2 Changes

We reserve the right to change the training dates and course content at our complete discretion. Should this occur, you will be advised and you can request a full refund of your booking fees if you choose not to attend. We must receive your request in writing for a full refund within 1 working day of notification or the usual cancellation/refund policy above applies. Apart from any refund of the registration fee that might be due, we shall not be liable for any loss whatsoever howsoever caused or any costs incurred by you as a result of any change or cancellation of the course and/or any of its component topics.

Changes to the time and location of an in-office training will only be permitted if a request to alter the date/time is made at least 3 working days prior to the booked training. Changes after that time will result in a forfeiture of the entire booking fee.
